Was hesitant to buy for the mixed reviews but love it-loved her other book Rinnavation and I have been Married over 21 years and always look for ways to spice things up,after going through a sexual rut 2 years back,when my Husband cheated-what was a horrible experience opened my eyes to the fact that maybe being such a dedicated Mom ,I didn't realize we were in a rut.Now I love role play,learning to strip,etc at 51 years old-I find that now that I'm older I am less shy and willing to voice what I like and love trying things outside the box.Love how Lisa is so candid and honest and feel that I'm hearing sex secrets from a good friend rather then from a dull Therapist .I almost feel even less inhibited after reading about her struggles and what she's done to spice up her Marriage-I loved her husband Harry on LA Law and find both her books very inspiring and written from the heart-highly recommend this.And I disagree with reviewers who say it's very basic-I have read so many books on the subject and the way the Authors present the Material is very down to Earth and funny at times and I can relate to everything and feel less shy about the whole subject after they put an almost comical spin on a touchy subject.In my own Marriage I guess I took things for granted and was crushed when I found out about the Infidelity but we were lucky that it didn't destroy our Marriage although the last 2 years has been a series of Move 4 steps forward,3 steps back type of thing.Now I see it as a huge wake up call and every Married couple should have this book to prevent what I went through.We sometimes don't realize we fell into a comfortable rut until we nearly lose everything
